Description
Often considered the Rolls Royce of caviar.
Beluga comes from the ‘Huso Huso’ Sturgeon, the largest of all sturgeon species. It is native to the Black and Caspian Seas.
The rarity of Beluga caviar is related to the fact that this particular sturgeon doesn’t ovulate until she reaches around 21 years old.
The eggs have a diameter of no less than 3mm and the colour will vary from light grey to black.
Eat as it is or put it on our uni, oyster etc, best experience!
Comes with free mother of pearl spoon
